Refund / Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the digital eBook The Science of Time in the Body from zenwellness.in.

1. Digital product

The eBook is a digital PDF that is available to download as soon as your payment is successful. Because it cannot be returned, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are generally non-refundable once the payment is complete and the download is available.

2. When we will help

Please contact us if any of these happen:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your payment was successful but you could not access the download and we are unable to fix it.
• The file you received is damaged or cannot be opened and we are unable to replace it with a working copy.

In these cases we will first try to resolve the problem, for example by sending you a working copy. If we cannot, we will refund the affected payment.

3. How to ask for help

WhatsApp us on 9969200002 and include the name and phone number or email you used, the date of payment, and your payment provider payment ID or reference number if you have it. A screenshot of your payment confirmation helps.

4. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method through payment provider. The time it takes for the money to reach you depends on payment provider, your bank or your payment provider.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails but money was deducted from your account, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider. If it does not reach you, contact us with your payment details and we will help you follow it up.
