These terms apply to your use of zenwellness.in and your purchase of the digital eBook The Science of Time in the Body by Dr B B Chaudhary PhD and Sarita Chaudhary CAIIB. By using the website or buying the eBook, you agree to these terms.
1. The product
The product is a digital eBook in PDF format. It is not a physical book and no physical item is shipped. The price is shown on the website at the time of purchase.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by payment provider on its own payment page. payment provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking details.
3. Delivery
After a successful payment, payment provider redirects you to our Thank You page, where the eBook download is provided. Please save the eBook to your device. If you do not receive access after paying, keep your payment provider payment confirmation and contact us on WhatsApp 9969200002.
4. Licence and permitted use
When you buy the eBook you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it for your own use. The eBook is protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, without written permission from the authors.
5. Educational and health information
The eBook is intended for general educational and wellness information. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or individualised medical advice. Readers with existing health conditions, those who are pregnant or nursing, or those taking prescription medicines should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to sleep, diet, fasting, exercise, supplements or herbal intake. We do not guarantee any particular health, wellness or lifestyle outcome from reading or following the eBook.
